Directors ...
We have three Directors (Simon Mills, Bill Gribble and Ann Mills) who, between them, have over 50 years IT experience, mainly in testing, but incorporating all stages of computer projects from analysis, via programming and testing to implementation and maintenance. They also have in excess of 20 years experience gained from working in the insurance industry before setting up as independent testing specialists.
Each Director has responsibility for separate areas of the company infrastructure whether that be technical (ranging from automation to networks and security), administration (ranging from Health & Safety through personnel and payroll functions to office management) or presentation and standards (ranging from sales and marketing to staff training and forward planning). Together, they curb and stimulate each other in varying degrees to ensure a solid foundation from which to drive Ingenuity forward.
